small job, big focus
Making the grade was a class effort for this project. After the printing job arrived late Thursday night, we laminated the 500 cards, completed the hand trimming and had the finished cards headed back to school by noon on Friday. Both the Operator and the Customer Service Representative pitched in to make sure the job was completed and arrived in time for the opening festivities. Although this job would not be defined as high impact in terms of revenue, scope or size, the completed cards made a big impact for the students’ first day back to school and brought our customer huge relief.
